Refund policy

Colibri Boutique values the importance of customer satisfaction. We allow returns within 10 days of purchase for either a full refund or store credit. Items must be in their original condition. If you choose store credit, we will include an additional 10% credit bonus as our appreciation. To process a return, please contact our customer service by emailing us at paolacolibriboutique@gmail.com. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
